Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on the AstroHeat Power Box device. The temperature sensors and ambient sensor in not covered in the warranty.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you order. After the pre-order period, from October onwards, we strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days for domestic orders in Europe.
